Rules for Borrowing
Club paraphernalia shall be limited to Club Bell and/or Club Gravel. Borrowing may be conducted only durning a regular club meeting. Once the item is in the hands of the "borrower" it shall be considered the "borrowing Club's possession" without contest, until retrieved in accordances with borrowing rules.

Borrowing Etiquette

Borrowing is in good fun within District 4-L5 clubs. Borrowing outside of the district may offend some clubs. Not every Lions club praticipates in this activity.
